• Domestic deposits

  The sum of all domestic deposits, including demand deposits, money market deposits and time deposits.
• Equity capital

  Total equity capital (includes preferred and common stock, surplus and undivided profits).

  Return on assets, net income after taxes and extraordinary items (annualized) as a percent of average total assets.
• ROE

  Return on equity, annualized net income as a percent of average equity on a consolidated basis.

Peoples Neighborhood Bank, based out of Hallstead, PA, was founded on the principles of building relationships that last with the community and customers. The First National Bank of Hallstead, the original bank in Hallstead, PA was established in 1905. A few years later in 1910, Hop Bottom National Bank was established just down the road. In 1965 the two bank boards decided to merge the banks and formed Peoples Neighborhood Bank.
