Terms and Definitions

• Domestic deposits

  The sum of all domestic deposits, including demand deposits, money market deposits and time deposits.
• Equity capital

  Total equity capital (includes preferred and common stock, surplus and undivided profits).
• ROA

  Return on assets, net income after taxes and extraordinary items (annualized) as a percent of average total assets.
• ROE

  Return on equity, annualized net income as a percent of average equity on a consolidated basis.

Since 1898, Quality Bank has been committed to serving the people and the communities. The Fingal State Bank, the oldest bank originally chartered and still in operation in Barnes County, has served the area continuously for 100 years.

First National announced the opening of savings accounts, interest paid semiannually and $1.00 started an account. The Bank was equipped with a fire proof vault, burglar proof safe and time lock, besides being insured in a reliable company, the officers and assistants were bonded.

All funds in a “noninterest-bearing transaction account” are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
